At Duchess, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every timepiece we offer. All purchases come with a complimentary 6-month warranty, covering the internal movement and functionality of the watch.
What’s Covered:

Mechanical or quartz movement failure not caused by user damage

Battery replacement within the warranty period (for quartz models)

Manufacturing defects in timekeeping performance
What’s Not Covered:

Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence

Water damage (unless explicitly rated and stated as water-resistant)

Normal wear and tear (scratches, stretching of bracelet, fading, etc.)

Modifications or repairs done by a third party
